PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The Westview Tower project is a comprehensive renovation of approximately 161,464 s.f. within a multi-floor residential facility. It entails interior and exterior renovations of a 13-story residential building, which remained occupied throughout the process, with no change in occupancy.
The exterior renovations include the installation of a new storefront entry vestibule with automatic doors, as well as other individual storefront entrances. Interior renovations encompass the removal and replacement of flooring, wall, and ceiling finishes, along with doorframes, doors, casework, vanities, and countertops. The project also provides upgrades to plumbing and lighting fixtures, as well as select electrical and mechanical systems.
Another key factor is the reconfiguration of several important spaces on the first floor to create new office spaces, a break room, a workroom, a group laundry room, a salon, an exterior terrace patio, and a community room. All public areas were enhanced with new furniture, artwork, and accessories, creating modern and welcoming spaces for residents.
Additionally, residential units received a refresh with new wood plank-looking vinyl flooring, paint, LED lighting, new walk-in showers and countertops in the bathrooms, as well as new ranges, refrigerators, quartz countertops, and cabinets in the kitchens.
