CULTURE

At MHM, our culture is built on connection — to one another, to our work, and to our community. It’s more than collaboration; it’s genuine camaraderie. Whether we’re tackling projects together or gathering for one of our many outings, we believe that shared experiences make us stronger as a team and better as designers.

STATS

WILD WEDNESDAYS

On the first Wednesday of every month, the MHM team comes together to share ideas and celebrate design. These afternoons include tours of our current or past projects, visits to local makers and creative businesses, and in-office presentations where teams showcase their latest work. It’s a chance to connect, collaborate, and stay inspired together.

QUARTERLY GATHERINGS

Work hard, play hard! Every quarter, MHM takes a break from deadlines to hang out, laugh, and connect. Whether exploring something new or simply enjoying time as a team, our quarterly gatherings give us a chance to recharge, celebrate our office culture, and strengthen the connections that make our work even better.
