OAKLAND COURT
This redevelopment of the existing Oakland Court property for Murfreesboro Housing Authority will provide 150 new homes - a mixture of single-family, duplex, and triplex homes - and community amenities such as rear parking courts, walking trails, etc.
VINTAGE CAL LOFTS
In collaboration with Smee + Busby Architects, developer Buzz Goss, and TDK Companies, MHM is designing a mixed-use complex strategically located in the open lot between Marble Alley Lofts and the State Street Garage.
