The Town of Jellico hired, MHM to develop a plan would that become a blueprint for this plan for economic revitalization.
The intent of the plan was to provide an objective assessment of where the community is today, what it needs to do next, and how to do it over the nest 3-5 years. The plan was designed to provide immediate, affordable and implement able solutions that would affectively “set the table” for Jellico to attract new economic development ventures.
The outcome of interviews, community forums and research suggested the creation of an outdoor market, additional retail, development of a downtown park, improvements to existing building, creation of a private community foundation. MHM developed schematic designs, cost estimates, timetables and funding options for these goals to occur.
