When Kimberly-Clark purchased the building where its administrative headquarters is located, the Fortune 500 Company asked MHM to renovate the building to reflect the company’s status while maintaining a corporate history of conservatism. Regulation of visitors and building security were top priorities.

MHM upgraded the entire lobby level and main entry, and six floors of the mid-rise building to an “A-class” office environment through the use of design and finishes that are timeless and high-quality without seeming ostentatious.

Although all visitors and most employees entered the facility through the main entrance, there were no security or reception functions in the lobby. MHM’s first priority was to update and expand the small outdated lobby and install a spacious new circular “cockpit style” desk to serve as a reception area and point of control for security.

The addition of three new interview/ conference rooms adjacent to the main entry eliminated unnecessary and undesired outside traffic through the working departments in the building.
