MHM create a luxurious new space within an existing football stadium to serve as a hospitality room and promote an exciting football experience for major donors. Constructed over 100 years ago this stadium has undergone numerous expansions but none resulting in the creation of a space quite like the East Club. Built to indulge major donors as well as support recruiting and fundraising activities, this project was the culmination of multiple disciplines and constructed in a nine month window of opportunity between football seasons.
